This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed and delivered when you shop on DUKAAN, including products fulfilled by independent vendors and items fulfilled directly through Local Dukaan, operated by BeyondBorders Limited
1. Order Processing
Order processing and fulfilment depend on whether the product is sold by:
- Local Dukaan (managed directly by BeyondBorders Limited), or
- Independent vendors who have specific fulfilment agreements with Dukaan.
Some vendors fulfil orders themselves, while others may have their orders handled by Dukaan depending on their agreement. The fulfilment method for each product will be reflected in the delivery timelines shown at checkout.
2. Delivery Timeframes
We aim to make deliveries fast, predictable, and convenient.
Orders placed before 12:00 noon
We will try to deliver on the same day, subject to:
- Product availability
- Delivery location
- Courier capacity
- Weather or other unforeseen circumstances
Orders placed after 12:00 noon
General delivery time is next business day, unless unexpected delays occur.
Unforeseen delays
Delivery timelines may be affected by:
- Weather conditions
- Traffic disruptions
- Courier delays
- High‑volume periods
- Operational issues
We will always try to keep you informed if delays occur.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are vendor‑specific and may vary based on:
- Vendor location
- Product type
- Delivery distance
- Vendor’s fulfilment agreement with Dukaan
Shipping fees for each vendor are displayed individually on the website page and at checkout.
Please refer to the vendor information when placing your order.
4. Split Shipments
If your order contains products from more than one vendor, your items may arrive in multiple deliveries.
However, where possible, Dukaan will try to club items together into a single delivery for your convenience. This depends on:
- Vendor fulfilment arrangements
- Product availability
- Delivery timelines
You will be notified if your order will arrive in separate shipments.
5. Tracking Your Order
You can track your order in several ways:
- Order Status on the Website: Your account dashboard will show real‑time updates.
- WhatsApp Support: Use the WhatsApp link available on the website to check your order status.
- Email Support: If you do not receive an automated email update, you can write to support@dukaan.ie and we will assist you.
We are working to keep all tracking updates automated and seamless.
6. Delivery Areas
DUKAAN currently delivers to:
- Dublin
- Selected pockets of Kildare
We are actively expanding our delivery network and will soon cover the entire Republic of Ireland. Updates will be shared on the website as new areas become available.
7. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to:
- Incorrect address
- No one available to receive the package
- Failure to collect from a designated point
We will attempt redelivery or contact you for further instructions. Additional charges may apply in some cases
8. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at:

Include:
- Your order number
- Photos
- A brief description of the issue
We will coordinate with the vendor or Local Dukaan to resolve the issue promptly.
